~~When you Create Time for your wellbeing You Prolong your working Career~~ #INspiredGuide

Consider this. You may not be able to  work longer or even live healthier without achieving wellbeing.

Never has wellbeing been so important in the way you live your life. But what really is wellbeing? It is a sense of contentment and happiness you feel inside and outside about your life. In a nutshell wellbeing will help you feel better about yourself. They are simple but somewhat neglected by many.

Researchers argue that in order to achieve the ultimate wellbeing  5-6  hours a day is necessary. Mostly from  phone calls,TV, exercise, learning, friends, family and grandchildren are some of the activities you may hold dear. I love baking bread and inventing new ways to do things which is mentally and physically satisfying to me.

Here are 6 simple ways you can get it:

1.AWARENESS: You live in  world where everything is moving fast around you. But you have to stop and smell the roses. Pay attention to your feelings and emotions and listen to your internal feedback. Observe the simple things in life such as the beauty of nature.Tune in to other people around you. Build strong relationships. You cannot control everything find time to reflect. Most importantly own your moment even the  insignificant and enjoy life. I love to watch the world go by with great interest.

2.LIFE LEARNING: If you stop learning you die inside! Learning is ageless. Life long learning gives you a stronger and better mental health than staying stagnant. Cooking, playing an instrument or if you prefer intellectual learning are areas to explore. This is  appealing  for me as I have to keep going. If not I get stale and grumpy;-)

3. GIVING: When was the last time you did something nice for someone? Volunteer or help a stranger. This is a great wellbeing booster. But be authentic. A smile and a thank-you is a great way of giving. Your happiness can be linked  to your community and can be rewarding including create connections with people around you. Remember it’s not about you it’s about others. But the rewards are priceless for health and well-being. I give thanks everyday and offer words of kindness in writing.

CONNECTIONS: Social relationships is essential to your happiness and wellbeing. When you build connections you enrich your life in ways you never imagine. The rise of social media has made connections vibrant. Forming tribal packs is part of being human. Relationships brings you pleasure and energy. Groups can help you transform and help you grow. For some of you it can be quite draining-its a matter of choice. Adjust to what enriches your wellbeing. I prefer a balance connections.

5. ACTIVITY: Being active is a mood changer. Going for a walk, running and doing any form of physical exercise contributes to your well-being.Sitting in a sofa for a long period of time brings the coach potato out of you. So if the sun is shining get your shoes on and go out for a walk. endorphins is a natural high or just dance to music. I do brisk walking and listen to some dance music. The bonus is I see the beauty around me as I walk I appreciate it more.

6. INSPIRED-GUIDE: You are Inspired and Guided by the fruits of your subconscious mind. Creativity, intuition and relaxation is at the forefront of your wellbeing. When you understand how the subconscious mind work-nothing is impossible. It must be positive.   Meditation, prayers or affirmation are great drivers. Simple breathing is a way to revive your spirit and increase performance. What works for me is meditation I get answers to challenging situations that needs to be unravel. Good for relaxation too!

To achieve 6 ways towards wellbeing varies from person to person. You have to find what works for you and take action. Balance is the key. In many ways they serve as reminders and  are things you already know. So have a go!

There you have it!
