~~There Is No Limits With The Power Of The Subconscious Mind~~ #QUOTE #INSPIREDGUIDE

A dear friend treated me to a surprise birthday present  by taking me to see the psychological thriller ‘limitless’. This came about because I could not shut-up about my wish to see it as it pushed my buttons. Why can’t we become limitless with the power of the subconscious mind?

The film showed human limitations galore and was slightly patchy to say the least. The easy way out and dependency were swirling in my head. To me if we cannot get what we want some of us will resort to anything at the detriment of our health. According to psychologist William James  we only use 10% of our subconscious mind and this is where your limitless gifts are. This is your INSPIRED GUIDE.

Briefly the story is about a guy’s failure to  write a book by age 25  because of writers block. I call it procrastination which can include fear. I have been there. His shady brother-in-law offers him a pharmaceutical pill to help him finish the book because time is running out.. He is now 35 years old. He takes the pill and finishes the book in 4 days. He also learns how to play an instrument, becomes a millionaire  in the shortest period of time.

As human beings we are blessed with inner gifts, sometimes called the ‘God within” others call it “the glow. It is found in the subconscious mind where everything positive ( the negative can lurk if you let it) is stored. These are memories of everything positive we have seen or gone though in our lives. Within the subconscious mind is intuition this is the genie in the bottle and helps make your dreams come true. If you can truly access it and use it to your advantage you will win.

The character became dependent on the pill-the negative side of us. The mind becomes really active when you access the power of the subconscious mind. But what enhances it is the authenticity of who you are, positive traits of your character and personality can contribute to your achievements.

It raises lots of issues for  success, failure, love, hate, passion, experiences, subconscious, conscious and unconscious mind, achievement etc.

If there is something you want to do in your life and you cannot fathom the guts to take that step towards its completion; Then you have to look deeper. I can remember starting a business at 28 but fear but kept me from moving forward. Do you have any of those embarrassing unfinished dreams? Would you like to complete them.

Your mind can become limitless if we tap into the right source as demonstrated by past and present theorist.

Plato a greek philosopher believed in the heavenly force called love. It influences behaviour good and bad. Think about a world without love? It’s not pretty. Aristotle believed we find answers through our own experiences. Hegel believed nothing can be accomplished without passion. Carl Jung  believed in the collective unconscious. There is a common thread running through, they all believed in the power of mind for the common good.

In the subconscious mind  lies an invisible guide (call it intuition ) together with inspiration it makes the unconscious conscious. You know something without knowing how and why. Only a few of us dip into it from time to time. 90% have flashes of it but spend most of our lives looking for rational answers to everything. Our intellect has very little to do with this phenomenon.

I believe that subconscious mind  subtly approaches those who are open to receiving this invisible gift. To me they are chosen because they are ready. This is what James Hillman referred to as “The Soul’s Code”.  Maybe that’s why Einstein, Nizche,  Jobs, Mozart, Edison and Beethoven to name a few were the chosen because they paid attention to their INspired Guide (where the subconscious mind meets inspiration and love: given to me in a vision) and the rest they say is history. I strongly believe it is ageless and does not discriminate and is universal.

MJ’s inspirational masterpiece came to him with Thriller. Picasso had great inspirations in his 80’s. The genius of Prince took the world by storm. Is your soul ready to receive the gift?

Being over 50 I want to achieve much more before I leave this earth. This means leaving a legacy but I must act and so should you with power of the subconscious mind. Without a Pill of course!

How are you limitless or not? What theorist has influenced you the most. Would love to hear from you.

Thanks for reading.

~Acknowledge your Blessings Flourish And Be Happy~ #INspiredGuide

Google happiness and millions of searches pop up. It is one of the most important and misunderstood subject in history. Yet for most people to flourish and be happy is the ultimate goal in life.
Aristotle believed that to fully achieve happiness you must seek to flourish in  desired areas. For instance, to live well you must achieve wisdom and understanding to reach your true potential. Furthermore, to fair well you must experience excellent health and well-being to live a happy life.
A flourishing and happy meaningful life is an important achievement for most Baby Boomers living and working longer. It adds joy to precious memories.
Health and happiness go hand in hand. You can further read “The INspiredGuide Trends 2013” which highlights  health and happiness as one of the growing trend this year.

5 ways you can Flourish and be Happy:
1. GRATITUDE REVISITED: Think back in your life when someone offered to help you but you never got round to thanking them. In a letter, write-up to 300 words on how grateful you are. As a surprise get a close family member to read it to them or do it yourself. Alternatively you can record the ‘thank-you’ on a tape labelled and gift wrap it. They can refer to it again and again. Gratitude increases more good fortune in your life. It makes you happier and is a great story to tell.
2. THREE DOSES OF BLESSINGS: Everyday  list three things that went well in your life and say why. They do not have to be big things. Make this a daily habit. For example, Sasha was happy about been given a book she always wanted to read; Her daughter helped tidy up the house by the time she got home. Belle was also complimented at work for her team spirit that saved the bottom line.

As strange as it seems  it is a great reminder how many good things happen in your life that is really a blessings. The more you are aware the more you will be happier with your lot.
3. THE POWER OF YOUR STRENGTH: Identifying your key strengths can be everything you need to know about yourself to thrive and flourish. http://www.authentichappiness.com. Identifies 24 signature qualities that are YOU. For example Lilly’s strengths is kindness, inspiration, leadership, and love for learning.

Knowing her strength allows her to use them at least once everyday in her life and career. These strengths form the foundation of who you are and how you can gain meaning in your life. Don’t pay attention to weaknesses it takes away your happiness.
4.A MEANINGFUL LIFE: Life without meaning is like a life sentence. Most people go through different stages to get there. Belle in the past was a corporate executive with a life style to match. Suddenly was caught off guard when her best friend who had everything to live for fell ill suddenly and was in a coma. When awoken was left paralysed. This was a life changer for her and everyone around her. Everything in Belle’s life became meaningless. Life is too short and full of surprises.

She woke up to the fact that while money was important she never really loved her career. What she really wanted to do was to become a Social Entrepreneur. She did. Her friend recovered but could no longer fulfil her own dreams. To flourish you must live a life of meaning to be happy.
5.CELEBRATE YOUR ACCOMPLISHMENT:  You are grateful for what you have , you have counted your blessings, you know your strengths, you live a meaningful life,  so lets celebrate what you have accomplished without gloating.  Carol worked hard to be promoted to retail manager and was feeling very happy about her accomplishments that she set other goals she wanted to achieve.

She now wanted to write a book. Writing makes her happy. She accomplished her dream book and celebrated it. As a diary entry she wrote the date of her accomplishments so that she can look back with pride, gratitude and happiness.
A final note. Think of how you want your life to be and live it. If it’s not right change it so that you can flourish and be happy. When you flourish you keep illness at bay love becomes your light and light your living. For further reading and interest read Dr Martin Saligman’s book “Flourish.” How have you achieved happiness and flourish in your life?  Share your story.
Thank You

~~Trends Are Green Shoots of Opportunities~~  INspiredGuide

I am thankful for everything in 2012 regardless of the outcome. A lot of lessons  learnt, successes put into action and challenges built upon.

I am  INspired and guided by  new opportunities for Baby Boomers in all areas of work and life. You appreciate products and services that match and complement your lifestyle and experiences with meaning. This is what you are most passionate about.

It is likely in 2013 you will see hashtags  for example, #Digitalhealth and #BoomerBooks  in the  media. You are in for a revolutionary time which should make your life easier and happier.

Unemployment and recession is likely to ease. There is hope for a better year economically. In many parts of the world boomers are still concerned about pensions, savings and work. Will this change? Hopefully.

Trends that were right in 2012:

1.The Workplace:The rise of mentorship programmes, Social media training & Skills. 2.Social Media Expansion: Explosion of interconnected niches within networks, Stories as content, integration social media  with smartphones and ipads(Twitter lead the way), streamline information, 3. Working Longer: Planning home and work careers, Work business opportunities, Collaboration with like-minded people. 4. Social media Movement: #Empowerment (hashtags galore), Online/offline connections 5. Wellbeing: e.g. Brain fitness-technology at the forefront, Ageless health, Inspiration as wellness. For more Read “Baby Boomer INspiredGuide Trends 2012”.

Here are 5 main Trends:

Digital Health Revololution

Do  you want to know how healthy you can be?  Health is going high-tech in many significant ways. This is the next revolution that combines digital technology devices ( e.g.apps) with health. Mainly use for diagnostic and  preventative health.  Health will be seen like “Luxury goods”  the symbol of wellness engineered by mobile products.

INspired Guide Trends

  • The development of medical smartphones like you have never seen before. Mobile fingerprinting for identifying and analysing data. For example, You could be identified by your mobile number.
  • The age of the super stress has arrived. Concerns about rising living costs, governments cuts, employers lower pay for more hours, may course serious health problems. The use of digital tech to monitor your stress or reduce it. The Chinese for example use nature to beat stress.
  • Health and happiness will be monitored as one thing. Survey conducted in the US and UK confirm this connection. You cannot have one without the other. This is nothing new. But we are living in different times.

More and more people are seeking happiness rather than satisfying their  needs. Examples is found in books i.e Happiness Diets-Tal Ben-Shattar, Positive Psychology Dr. Martin Seligmann’s; Flourish a  personal favorite of mine.

Also brands are helping this course along the way. e.g Campbell soup “Road to happiness”  Kellogg Bran: “Happy Inside, Happy Outside” and so on. Just having a moment-Think about how Agless INspiredGuide could contribute to wellbeing and happiness and help you work longer:-)

  • Appscription will be become more common. It is used for managing and monitoring health and wellbeing. For example, Drs will start prescribing apps  and other digital tech as part of a treatment. Imagine receiving an app reminder about your appointment or results. Apps for yoga and meditation is growing as a health and spiritual practice.

Baby Boomer Innovation

How innovative do you want to be? Baby Boomers are starting innovative start-ups faster than their younger counterparts. 54-64 boast the highest rate of entrepreneurship with 47% maintaining social media presence. www.Getold.com Pfizer campaign on “getting older and living better”; Found that most baby boomers expect to retire around 64 years  but some may retire or continue working up to 84! The “Entrepren-ovation” of boomers have never been more active. Its possible because health may be the next surge of innovation. Baby Boomers  have the disposable income more than their younger colleagues and are taking advantage of the opportunity.

INspiredGuide Trends

  • The rise of new products and services  for independent thinkers. Baby boomers are interested in innovation that  can  reduce any physical limitation and promise them good health. If you are developing a new product now is the time to try to sell it. Get on board.
  • There is revolving door career between independent work and traditional employment. This will become a career positive for employers and boomers. It is the mix and match between two worlds; Entrepreneurship and traditional employment.
  • There is a move between full-time and contract gigs to career reinvention from late stage experts retiring from traditional work and starting solo professional firms is on the rise.
  • Collaboration in the workplace on work policies could see the influence of baby boomers affect the younger generations working hours. Some Baby boomers commonly worked 60 hours a week; Younger workers may not comply with it. Cuts will bring a more open-minded workforce to work together. There will be a compromise on how to achieve goals with less working hours.
  • Miro-Innovation will be big business. Flexibility is attractive to baby boomer who want encore careers and alternative ways of working is on the way up.

Social Media Evolution

Where is social media heading? This the million dollar question. From changing content to blogging, social media to new social media. Most of the trends point to social media platforms morphing into unexpected development and services. I believe it’s the beginning. However I wish for a niche social media baby boomer platform. Afterall there are 77 million in the USA. Maybe someone would exploit this gap soon.

INspiredGuide Trends

  • There will be shift in how the social media platform is used. Trend  to invest time and energy effectively. The rise of Pinterest is a high source of traffic-its visual, new and its effective marketing. For example maybe your business works well with Pinterest/Twitter/LinkedIn. Or you can choose to mix and match later when you are getting results.
  • LinkedIn is morphing into a social media network. It’s no longer just  the place to go for job search and career interest. Its more about building a personal brand, connect and share. This is drawing a lot of interest from people who were full-time Face Bookers, twitterers or even googlers
  • In the 2012 trends I said that Twitter would be the social media platform to watch. This will continue. The new partnership with Nielson is important to Twitter’s growth. Twitter is integrating TV experience to unlock new content mainly provided by viewers effortlessly. It is the third screen TV revolution. Also TV polling, ratings and voting is important to twitter’s brand much more than advertising. However mobile growth trend  will continue. The other big area is the movies/DVD industry. Twitter has proved a hit with news, politics, sports, disasters and more.

life style easy does it

Do you crave for a simpler life? What Baby Boomers need now is a world that will bring them comfort without pain. Product and services that focus on this area will win. Baby boomers like tradition mixed in with style.  Measuring lifestyle will give the answers on how to live better longer. Baby boomers moments want to be captured visually and kept for their family especially grandchildren.

INspiredGuide Trends

  • Predictive personalise brand data analysis will be used for assessing behaviour for needs and wants than tailor offers and communication  for baby boomers buying habits. Data will be collected and  personalise to suit the service or person. For example British Airways collect data on VIP frequent flyers to help make their lifestyle easier and provide good service.
  • Marketing to Baby boomers need a new approach. There is a lucrative market  out there; it’s finding the right name to describe Baby Boomers. They are do not want to referred to as  old. They fit between young and transitional.Maybe we should be referred to as “TransBoomers” Its ageless, one might experience a lot of transitions:-)
  • How about unstructured play time. Adults can become children  again just for a moment. It could create more imagination, creativity and innovation. For example the Evian Danone brand created “live Young” adult playgrounds in London with swings and seesaw. This can help you control stress and get in touch with your live young spirit by letting go and having fun too
  • Grey Divorce is on the rise. This means that there is a new kind of Boomer romance. This consist of boomers who have not dated other people for 40 years and want to start dating. Technology is the biggest change boomers will face. For instance, digital technology involves countless of apps from smart phones and ipads. Something boomers never imagine.

When older Boomers retire they realise that they may have more years of their lives to enjoy life. Recently, ARRP started a new dating website called www.howaboutwe.com. This is aptly conversational which most boomers will be comfortable with. The trend is also towards Self-development and dating seminars for boomers to improve on their relationship skills and personal development.

Baby Boomer Litrature

Are you are reader or writer? Baby boomers are continuously redefining the concept of aging with unexpected surprises. From Hollywood to the rise of literature, Boomers are bringing excitement in a time when not only are you healthier and living longer better. It could be the rise of new products and services for a new age of independent thinkers.

INspiredGuide Trends

  • Baby boomer literature is the next big genre. Boomers want to read things that concern their lives. For example, fiction, non-fiction Inspirational self-help and more. Go to www.Goodreads.com and examine the array of boomer books for your entertainment. For example a book called “Thursdays in the park”-its about a grandmother finding new love.

Boomer literature is not about aging it centres on transition from one life stage to another. For most people it’s not the last stage in life but it could the beginning of another. All you want to do is to redefine yourself. Maybe its one last bite of the apple but a good bite too:-)

While the publishing industry has been slow to catch on, Hollywood is churning out films on Baby  Boomers. This trend will continue. For example a film about the British in India “The best Exotic Marigold Hotel” is one of the highest grossing films in 2012. It’s about british retirees romping about in India. Another film called “Quartet” is about retiree musicians in a retired home.

  • There is a trend shifting towards thinkers/futurist writers to explore possible worlds in which we might live from now. Most baby boomers are concerned about their children and grandchildren. They want them to live in better times. The rise  could bring a new thoughts for services and products to help others live their best life.

Last Word

The explosion of happiness, health and literature is about to bring many new areas of expertise. Some will last and others will disappear. Keep an eye on Pinterest and Twitter this is where the action is. Will there be a Boomer app boom in health, books and TV. Why not App me maybe:-)

There you have it!

What are your trends for 2013? Are any of these trends appealing to you-which ones. Please leave a comment.

Thank you

Best Wishes

INspiredGuide Of Peace

So you are hosting this years Xmas celebrations  for family and friends.Well Done!  But What you really wish for Xmas is the INspiredGuide of peace among your guests.

To be real, not all  Xmas’ go according to plan. But with family around everyone can help do their fair share.

It takes experience, wisdom and patience to achieve the ultimate Xmas.

For the first time I decided to include 140 characters if you want a quick read.

Let’s Begin:

1. PEACEFUL PLANNING: Do a  food, gifts, sitting arrangements and anything else list. How many people are coming? Avoid the last-minute. Delegate making sure everyone is on the same page.

If  You  need  ME time take time out. Hand over to someone else.Be realistic don’t be too disappointed if things don’t turn out well. It’s important to be flexible on the day. Things can change but be prepared to adapt.

2. PEACEFUL ORGANISING:  Life is time. Use it wisely. Approximately what time is dinner and stick to it. Include everybody preference if you can.

Have a note-book or visible board with the names of what everyone is doing. For instance, Aunt Pam is responsible for sitting arrangements. She may want to make sure everyone  feels comfortable with the sitting.

3. PEACEFUL CONNECTION: Dont forget to connect and engage in fun and meaningful things. Do they like games? What TV programmes do they want to watch-avoid disagreements . This is where stress can creep in.

Sort out any signs of bad blood before it happens. For instance may be Uncle Joe does not get on with cousin Jemima. Know beforehand what  is likely to make sparks fly. Avoid it and nip in the bud.

4.PEACEFUL XMAS: This is the reason you are spending Xmas together. Do they want to sing carols, dance, go to church or pray? Make a choice between traditional/nontraditional Xmas. Dont stray too far from tradition or you could experience a backlash.  Connect to with your InspiredGuide for answers. If you decide to change the format.

Most importantly everyone wants  to enjoy the joy and laughter. For instance, you could ask everyone to explain what this Xmas means to them. Story telling is powerful. Enjoy it.

5.PEACEFUL SAFETY: Avoid chaos and danger. Be vigilant of grey areas. Dont leave the oven on when it should have been off. If you burn something open the window. Put a bowl of water in the room it helps to get rid of the smell. It’s the time of the year when someone is likely to overeat or get drunk. This could cause stress.

Have painkillers, coffee and enough water  available. You can take some home treats like ginger for tummy upset. Remember  kids and older folks are prone to accidents. For Instance, wipe the floor immediately if it is wet. Take the kids out for a walk-they can get restless .

In Conclusion, Xmas comes one a year and should be fun and peaceful. But high expectation can take over. The odd fall out can be amended even if its about a wrong gift. Try to make light of it.  There is a  30 day exchange and refund policy:-) Use It!

Happy INspiredGuide Peace at Xmas.

Thanks for stopping by!

Trends Bring  Awareness Of New Seeds #Quote  #INspiredGuide

The year is almost coming an end. Take a look at the 6 top inspired trends for 2012.

You are younger longer which creates a new world for many activities and opportunities.

These trends may have effected your life and how you move forward.

Financial hardship has been one of the highlights of 2012 because of the economic down turn. But so has work, life and learning. Everything depends on where you are in your life.

Lets take a look at some of these trends:

1. WORK/CAREER: You want a career that combines  social  purpose with opportunities.  The biggest trend is self-employment and entrepreneurship  among 46-65 year old boomers.  Boomers are starting a business at 80! We live in remarkable times.

There are those who have lost their  jobs and others who are moving towards “third age” careers and embracing  change.

In the past retirement was about moving away from work and the stresses of life. Today there is a “seismic shift” www.Standardlife.com   toward moving forward and embracing new opportunities, freedom, wealth & health.

If you are planning to stay in the workplace there is a need for conversations with your organisations about new  opportunities to create encore careers open to you.The Key words are adaptability and flexibility.

Smart phones, ipads and forward thinking technology is going to drive how you work and play. Apps is moving towards individuality in a new way.

You will own and manipulate your own app. It will be easier to organise and manage your life. For example, write your book and app it to a powerful influencer and they will spread the news faster than the wind.

The effect of baby boomers working longer will give rise to a booming economy. Governments all over the world should take note. They will have to change with the times.

2.FINANCE: If the economy downturn has not thought you anything it is money awareness-especially managing debt. Savings and pension shortfalls is real. Working longer is the answer for many.

There is a trend  toward do it yourself financial education using apps or technology.   But leaving the larger financial advice to experts are the way to go.

The Trend towards downsizing to a smaller house/apartment/all-inclusive resorts. Preparation of  your  Will  and legacy continues to rise.

As the economy comes roaring back there is a move towards  buying real estate, stock market, short-term investments and new attractive financial trends. You will invest in your children and grandchildren.

Boomer health & fitness

3. HEALTH & FITNESS: Nutrition, looking and feeling younger and exercise continues to grow but in a better way. Excercise is trending toward kinder gentle workouts with wellness in mind. Individual excercise and weight loss programme to remain healthy is on the rise. You want to age well so strength balance and training becomes important.Yoga and Pilates will remain popular.

The brain is crucial to how you age and perform. There is a trend towards games, exercise, puzzles-using it in different ways. A video brain game called Excergame is becoming popular it boost brain power.

Dr’s and GP’s continue to explore social media and other useful arena to reach the Boomer population. This trend will see Baby Boomers employed as fitness professionals who want to move into second life career.

There will be gadgets you can wear to monitor your health and wellbeing.

No need to see your exercise instructor often. It’s all  recorded via technology. Looking younger will be monitored through diet and health apparatus. Eat the correct food, exercise right, use anti-aging gadget side by side with your facial cream.

Wearable brain gadgets used in conjunction with an app. This will help fend off Alzheimer’s/Dementia.

Social Media

Research has shown that 55-66 age group  spend the most time on-line and is rising.  The trend continues to move toward writing great stories, building communities and movements both on and off-line.

Smart phones and ipads continues to grow but  leaning towards niche apps for everything.

There are notable changes on how social media is helping you to communicate. The richest trend is toward visual communication. Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest has led the way.

Twitter is undergoing changes from 140 character to a multi media platform with rich  images and content. The introduction of Twitter cards will show up along side 140 characters to become an expandable tweet.

Are they trying to take a bite out of the Facebook etc? Maybe, but in a different way. It should benefit the user and brands.

Where is social media and technology heading? The key word here is “containment”. How do you work and play from one device smarter, quicker and conveniently? This is  where we heading. If for example you have a project  in another country or  a different city; Suitable technology will make it possible for the work to be done with ease. Google+ has touched on this idea in hangouts, youtube and circles.

I predict a more visually created apparatus and gadgets. Twitter was on to something with 140  character. Brevity is king and time is precious. Rich content and blogs will become more competitive with the times.

Social media will mimic touch screen-just like the iPad. Imagine Vision+Touch+ Sound = The second social media Revolution.  Where they go from here is everyone’s guess

Can social media become a teaching and learning medium? Google+ could lead the way followed by LinkedIn.  Twitter has an opportunity in this area. However, TV/film medium seem like a better choice.Twitter TV anyone?

Boomer Education

5. EDUCATION: The return to the classroom to update skills or learn new ones. The need to be employed/self-employed after you have lost your job or non-retirement.

There is a move towards learning online via the ipad. Longevity has allowed late boomers to find their stride in later year and start life all over again.

Entrepreneurship trend continues among 46-65 working on their terms. Commonly known as “Olderpreneurs”. Retirement is indeed dead. Long live the third age.

Community learning arenas purposely designed for Baby Boomers is on the rise through private sponsorship to suit their needs. Recently a day centre called ” The second half” for Londoners over 50 was opened in Kensington. Its aim is to rebrand old. It offers several classes such as iPad instructions, CV /resume writing and more. This is the way forward to non-retirement

Inspirational pursuits such as personal development, spirituality, enlightenment are growing trends for boomers. Third age baby boomer coaches will be in demand to match boomers needs.

On-line learning will become the norm but with a much more accessible reach.  There will be an education centre for learning and meeting.

Education apps will be on the rise. Do you want to study with others or alone? The choice is countless.

I predict that Governments in different countries will adapt their education polices  to suit baby boomers. Boomers could work for an extra 20 years or more.

Boomer Leisure

6. LEISURE: Work/life balance is very important characteristic on how you want to live your life with family and friends. This trend will not change.

Combining work and play is in. You have read the books about far away places. Now you want to feel, hear and see the world. Work can be put on hold on your terms while to travel and have fun.

Travelling is a need and no longer a luxury. The trend  to Fit it all in and have the memories on your iPhone, iPad, camara is important. Writing a book is normal. It is memories for children, grandchild and family to read.

Cooking classes and dancing is popular . Your iPad is your work and play device. You can become artistic, play games and then go back to work.

Keeping in touch with friends on social network is becoming much more private and niche. Facebook remains the most popular platform to network. But other networks such as Twitter and Pinterest is capturing the imagination and will continue.

Have you ever wondered why some  businesses and advertisers sell nostalgia? It’s worth millions. They know many of you love to relive your past. Its one of the best-selling emotions ever. You may talk about the past in glowing terms The good old days are better! Indeed because you where there. Nostalgia is constantly INspiring and guiding you.

Nostalgia is no longer viewed as an illness it once was. But an excellent psychological medicine for the mind. Psychological research is work in progress. Past experiences can be brought into the present which can make you life brighter. Face-Book must have got something right. You can connect with old friends and family through names and pictures.

So what can nostalgia do for you:

1.DAY DREAMING: When you are feeling under the weather all you want to do sometimes is dream. You escape to a good place where you can gain strength and love. It’s good to indulge in a moment.Take time out to today dream about things that matter. Get away from daily routine. It give you a new perspective of life.

2. PAST MEMORIES: How can you forget them. Talking to family and friends is a good way to reconnect and socialise can bring back  memories you shared which can strengthen your relationships. It’s unique how you can modify your memories and unleash them when ever you need it.  Bringing you happiness and joy.

3. IMPROVE MOODS: Everybody has bad moods from time to time. Whatever caused it you want to forget. Find a quiet place where you can reflect on a time when you felt happy and just dwell on it. When you have had enough come out of it and feel refresh. This is a great way to bring back the old you.

4. BOOST SELF-ESTEEM: If you are lacking in this area. What better way to identify a nostalgic moment and fill the void. There are times in life when you may have struggled with something and you feel incapable of moving forward. You might feel stressful but you can rebuild. Nostalgia can help you find your mojo again. Doubts and uncertainty can be lifted and you can feel your old self again.

5.FIND MEANING: It is important for most of you to find meaning in what you do. Many surveys have shown that life with meaning and purpose is one of the most important areas of your life. The enduring appeal of your  past is powerful. For instance, You may want to travel and see places you once  saw as a child, smell mum’s bread, feel starched cotton shirt, listen to the sound of 1930’s blues, taste  the original Twinkies and even discover bonds linked with your INspiredGuide-your subconscious mind. Meaning gives you hope.

6.FEEL YOUNGER: If you want to maintain a younger outlook to life what better way to do it. You do no have to look younger but you can develop a positive outlook to life. This can happen by the choices you make. Live your life to the full. Draw on the past energy and bring it into present. It’s not going to be exactly the same but you can relive the best of it with your family and friends. Know what makes you feel younger and live it.

7. BRAIN CONNECTION: You may wonder what can nostalgia do for my brain. A  lot. It helps you recall your memories that are precious to you.For example Pictures, key words, laughter, smells, places, familiar voices helps the brain connect and build stories of your life. Its amazing when you talk about the good old days, how much it changes your persona and  helps you feel happier with a shaper brain.

The benefits of nostalgia are yet to be unravelled. Only the surface has been scratched. We know that nostalgia can be another gateway to health and well-being. I predict that in the not so distance future a  prescription for a dose of nostalgia will be given where needed. One of them will be for the maintainance of the brain working hand in hand with memory.

Have you got a story to tell? Share how you use your nostalgic moments to effects.

If you are interested in this area its best to learn one at a time before you begin to practice. I do practice numerology only as I am passionate and drawn to it. There are computer packages that you can buy if you want an instant reading that does not take time.  I do everything by hand as I want to get a feel for the client intuitively. You can also stake your niche. Is it Business, professionals, the stock market, babies, personal development or more? Take your pick.

~~When you Create Time for your wellbeing You Prolong your working Career~~ #INspiredGuide

Consider this. You may not be able to  work longer or even live healthier without achieving wellbeing.

Never has wellbeing been so important in the way you live your life. But what really is wellbeing? It is a sense of contentment and happiness you feel inside and outside about your life. In a nutshell wellbeing will help you feel better about yourself. They are simple but somewhat neglected by many.

Researchers argue that in order to achieve the ultimate wellbeing  5-6  hours a day is necessary. Mostly from  phone calls,TV, exercise, learning, friends, family and grandchildren are some of the activities you may hold dear. I love baking bread and inventing new ways to do things which is mentally and physically satisfying to me.

Here are 6 simple ways you can get it:

1.AWARENESS: You live in  world where everything is moving fast around you. But you have to stop and smell the roses. Pay attention to your feelings and emotions and listen to your internal feedback. Observe the simple things in life such as the beauty of nature.Tune in to other people around you. Build strong relationships. You cannot control everything find time to reflect. Most importantly own your moment even the  insignificant and enjoy life. I love to watch the world go by with great interest.

2.LIFE LEARNING: If you stop learning you die inside! Learning is ageless. Life long learning gives you a stronger and better mental health than staying stagnant. Cooking, playing an instrument or if you prefer intellectual learning are areas to explore. This is  appealing  for me as I have to keep going. If not I get stale and grumpy;-)

3. GIVING: When was the last time you did something nice for someone? Volunteer or help a stranger. This is a great wellbeing booster. But be authentic. A smile and a thank-you is a great way of giving. Your happiness can be linked  to your community and can be rewarding including create connections with people around you. Remember it’s not about you it’s about others. But the rewards are priceless for health and well-being. I give thanks everyday and offer words of kindness in writing.

CONNECTIONS: Social relationships is essential to your happiness and wellbeing. When you build connections you enrich your life in ways you never imagine. The rise of social media has made connections vibrant. Forming tribal packs is part of being human. Relationships brings you pleasure and energy. Groups can help you transform and help you grow. For some of you it can be quite draining-its a matter of choice. Adjust to what enriches your wellbeing. I prefer a balance connections.

5. ACTIVITY: Being active is a mood changer. Going for a walk, running and doing any form of physical exercise contributes to your well-being.Sitting in a sofa for a long period of time brings the coach potato out of you. So if the sun is shining get your shoes on and go out for a walk. endorphins is a natural high or just dance to music. I do brisk walking and listen to some dance music. The bonus is I see the beauty around me as I walk I appreciate it more.

6. INSPIRED-GUIDE: You are Inspired and Guided by the fruits of your subconscious mind. Creativity, intuition and relaxation is at the forefront of your wellbeing. When you understand how the subconscious mind work-nothing is impossible. It must be positive.   Meditation, prayers or affirmation are great drivers. Simple breathing is a way to revive your spirit and increase performance. What works for me is meditation I get answers to challenging situations that needs to be unravel. Good for relaxation too!

To achieve 6 ways towards wellbeing varies from person to person. You have to find what works for you and take action. Balance is the key. In many ways they serve as reminders and  are things you already know. So have a go!

There you have it!

Which of these 6 ways to wellbeing do you practice? Is there anything else you could include on this list.

Thank you for stopping by.

TODAY’S CONNECTION: Time brings order; Disorder disrupts time

The most essential thing about time is your  life!

For most Baby Boomers today, time is intricately linked to working longer, saving  money and chosen life style.

Most of you are too busy working hard to make a living forgetting that you could work yourself to death.

Time saving tips for busy Baby boomers is a must  if you want to achieve your goals and remain healthy.

The problem for most of you  is  how  do you merge the present (Working Longer) with your future(retirement) when you have been told that you have a savings shortfall to catch up with.

I do  wonder sometimes if the government is telling the whole  truth about pensions and savings.

The question that comes up is:  Will I have enough time to earn a decent living, have a pension, enjoy life with family and live comfortably without stress and anxiety.

Yes you can!  If you have a decent plan supported by goals in place.

You  do not have to do it all?

Having  the wisdom to stop, look and listen to your heart is crucial.

Lets lay down some tips for you to work with.

*1.WHAT DO YOU REALLY WANT: Do an assessment on yourself.  Write down what is important and how to achieve them. For  Example: I want to work part-time and spend more time with my family. How are you going to achieve it? Write down your plans clearly. Take Action!

2 WHO ARE YOU REALLY-Personality and character can have an impact on your time. Are you prone to last minute plans, are you scattered, do you do unnecessary things?  Use a ‘me map’ to manage your time-line. This is observed from your bad habits.  I write a note to myself on a post-it to be prepared’.  You can too.

3. YOUR INSPIRED GUIDE PLAN-Before you go to bed write your day plan for the next day. Read it to yourself, then imagine how you are going to carry it out step by step. Meditate then go to bed and let your subconscious mind take over.  The next day with a clear head start your days plan with a clear mind. All will be well. Tip:Create a weekly planner on your mobile phone and highlight your days clearly.

4. GOALS /AGELESS MANIFESTO:  As you work towards your plans goals/Ageless manifesto or both gives you the direction and serves as a mission statement. Write down short , medium  and long-term goals. Fill in the gaps. refer  to *1  again to help you focus. You will find that you will not only save time it gives you clearer picture of what you want.  My ageless manifesto is hanging on the wall as a reminder.

5.MULTI-TASKING TIME  BOMB: Doing too many things at once can cause chaos, confusion and blunders. For example losing money you cannot afford.  Finish one thing before starting another. For example before writing this blog, I started preparing an assessment for a client which I will go back to once I have completed this blog.  Phone messages will go to voice mail.

6 HANDLING STRESS: Not everything goes as plan. But knowing yourself will help your achievements. Do you thrive on pressure? Are you easily stressed out about the future and what it will bring. There is a correlation between stress and time. If you life is disorganised  it can cause chaos. Take stock and pay attention to what’s important.  Know the difference between your wants and needs. In this economy the focus is on needs rather than wants. Frugal living is the way to go.

7.MAKE SMALL CHANGES: Time is not set in stone. Things change and sometimes you  change too. So the most important thing you can do is to adapt  your time management according to your life story. For instance, you may change from full-time to part-time because of redundancy. This may have an effect on your retirement savings timeline and family. But  you  can fall back on an unused skill and work from home and earn a living.

A busy lifestyle when organised can bring you work life balance and fulfilment rather than unwanted stress. The detail is in the planning.

There you have it!

Which of these tips apply to you? Do you have some tips to share? Let me know.

Thanks for reading

Kind Regards

This blog is INspired by a delightful client of mine who for years worked in the law profession repairing her weakness; only to discover that it was not her strength.

Once she discovered her talent and strength was in developing and coaching people. She has never looked back since. Don’t repair your weaknesses. Here is Why.

1.Feeling unfulfilled and empty

2. Fear of failure

3 Constant unexplained yearnings

4.Followed by passion when speaking about it

5. Listen to the voiCe of your INspiredGuide- but not act on it.

6. Finally listen and change

If you are experiencing any of these feeling. Its time to explore them. You can change too.

If you are in a profession that you have spent years repairing thinking that it your fault. You stayed because of the money, ‘age’ or it was the ‘right’ thing to do.  The yearnings will show its face again and again.

“TODAYS CONNECTION: Opportunity for change is a date with progress~~~~~INspiredGuide”

I am grateful and thankful for everything last year both good and bad. Lessons learnt will be put into practice and successes  built upon. As I look through the window of intuitive INspired Guide I see a year of change and progress which will bring new opportunities in many areas of work and life. This year is about how you can position yourself to take advantage of these trends.

Looking back, we had a year of political  upheaval and change in many parts  of the world but this will bottom out. There was and still is a recession, economic uncertainty, unemployment and decline in living standards which has affected most of you in one way or the other. This will get better. You  continue to be concerned about your pensions, savings, workplace challenges, health and more. Rightly so.

On the brighter side  there is a silver lining!

You will be given a lot of opportunities this year directly or indirectly such as in technology, social media, networking,  elearning, training, building relationships, Spirituality and connections are among some of the strongest areas for growth.  Be ready to take advantage of these trends.

There are 5 main trends:

Gen VS Boomers

Where are we now? There is a clash of values and conflict in the workplace.  Boomers cannot afford to retire because  of change in pensions therefore they have less savings to retire on so they have to work longer.  There is lack of leadership promotion, employment and job opportunities for millennials.  Therefore baby boomers are seen as dream killers  and millennials seen as lacking in decipline. The Crux of the matter is  change tends to bring uncertainty and conflict. There is an opportunity for change and progress in how both generation can work together. The hope is that mentoring for both will raise in the workplace.

INspired Guide Trend

  • The rise of collaborative leadership with less emphasis on age.
  • Millennials and baby boomers will become more involve in mentoring  programmes . More like an exchange programme to benefit both. For example Boomers can bring soft skills and millennials advanced technology skills
  • Individual personalities and learning styles  will become more important rather  than  generational gap. Get to know them as people, connect and build relationships.
  • Training and retraining in technology, social media and new skills will  be  made more accessible and flexible especially for Baby boomers.
  • Boomers who feel marginalised but will continue to be inspired by entrepreneurship and business start-ups. More to do with passion and second careers  away from the workplace.

Where are we now? Many baby boomers are found on Facebook mainly because of family and friends. This continues to spill into business work life. Boomers are engaged on other social networks such as Twitter, LinkedIn,YouTube, Google+ and others. Social media  have brought about a lot of connections and expansions in communication and continues to rise. This will get exciting.

INspiredGuide Trends:

  • Baby boomers will increase their business engagement on social media especially on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. Google+ is an interesting alternative.
  • There will be the rise of more meaningful inter-connected niches with shared social media which will benefit  followers and connections. Twitter will be at the forefront of this and will be extended to Facebook, Google+ etc.
  • Profiles tell a story. How real do you want to be? This will become more important and relevant to your followers/friends/connections. No place to hide.
  • The integration of smartphones, tablets and technology with social media will become more popular. You will continue to learn how to use them to your benefit and excel.
  • Inspirational stories will be on the rise that connects with shared  values extending to YouTube. Imagery will play a big part in getting stories and messages across. A picture tells a story.
  • ‘Authentic You’ has never been so meaningful in how you brand and position yourself to your tribe of followers/ connections/friends. It is also about how influential you are authentically rather than the amount of followers/connections you have. Be real, graceful and genuine is the way you connect. Honoured to meet you.
  • Stream lining is the  new focus. More and more Boomers will experiment with social media to find out what works for them. Too many choices to pick from and cope with. Chose the ones that work for you and then focus your energy. Time  Management is essential to your productivity. One thing at a time will bring the best result.

Where are we now? Baby boomers want to work longer because they are passionate about their career but do not have enough savings. Boomers are living longer, healthier and better. This has brought about change.  Governments around the world decided to increase the pension age because of a shortfall. Baby boomers are searching for a way to balance the two. There is a breakthrough in some areas but not enough yet.

INspiredGuide Trends

  • Effective Career planning is at the forefront of a sustainable progressive plan B. Uncertainty in earnings  will bring urgent measures for you to fit it  into your retirement plans.
  • There will be new ways to work. The integration of home and career will become more important to boomer relationships and connections. Many of you will choose to work from home to be close to family and friends.Technology can bridge this gap. Skype, youtube and social media for example and can build a coaching home business if you want to be there for your loved ones and grand children.
  • The rise of mentorship will  bring about new freelance consulting/coaching careers.
  • Workplace will become dependent on boomer leadership, knowledge, experience and wisdom. You will be offered flexible roles to help nurture and collaborate with the  millennials.
  • The further rise of social networking will  bring about unusual partnerships and connections with like-minded people.
  • You will become more conscious about how you earn a living. How many hours do you want to work to make the desired amount to live? The emphasis is on work smart not drop dead. Stress and Time Management consulting will rise.

Where are we now?  I have noticed on Twitter amazing connections which are taking a life of there own. It’s interesting that Baby  Boomers are seeking like-minded individual to inspire and form groups in exciting ways. It’s not on the scale of ‘occupy wall street’ but  there are some interesting trends building here.

INspiredGuide Trends

  • There will be a rise of  ‘consciousness movement-networks’ which will focus on change and progress. What is your passion or interest? Is it Empowerment? Hashtags have never been busier. This will be built both on and off-line.
  • Find your tribe and connect to a group of like-minded people and inspire in new ways to make a change. Earnings shortfall will be at the centre of how you can find ways to improve your cost of living. We are all in this together.

TODAYSCONNECTIONS: Shine like an Everlasting Star~~INspiredGuide

Not many people have cool moves like Jagger at 67 years young, but that’s beside’s the point as age should not matter! What many of you have in common with Mick Jagger is that you are part of his generation.  However, when it comes down to planning a career many of you fall short of branding yourself properly. Who better to identify and demonstrate what excellent branding could means for YOU, than Mr. Jagger.

I grew up with the Rolling Stones; they are and have always been one of my favourite bands. I’ve always been impressed by how they manage to capture the zeitgeist of my generation, especially with charismatic front man Mick Jagger which still remains legend. We can all learn from Jagger as he demonstrates what can be done when reaching your sixties. He inspires millions of people around the globe, and Boomers you should take note on how this remarkable man brand’s without fearing himself or his capabilities.

Who can forget the 2010 Grammy Awards when Jagger showed ‘Generation X’ just how it’s done!

5 Reasons ‘Why Age is not the destination to life.’

Don’t hide it. Not everyone will love you. Merge your strength of character with your personality ie a leader with a joyous personality. If you have the opportunity of Social Media to off line your own stamp and woo them, then go for it! On and off stage, Jagger never hid who he was. You either loved him or hate him, but what stood out was his rebelliousness nature. You don’t have to be a rebel, but you can be a rebel within. Identify what it is that you stand for and then shout out load who you are!

There is a spirit that comes with a brand, mine is inspiration and joy and Jagger’s is; live and let live and have fun. A client once told me that his motto is’ Life is dead without giving’ and therefore generosity of spirit is the forefront of his brand. He welcomes you with it and says good bye on the same note. Commonly known as ‘The Generous Guy’ he gives free valuable time with value. What is your spirit? Make that the cornerstone when someone meets you, and don’t let them forget it. SHINE and SHINE some more!

Life can be fearful at times but it’s what defines you. I have been there and at times still revisit. How can you be fearless? It comes from within; you have the power to set yourself free. Whether Jagger’s fearless attitude was, it branded him for life. This is one area that all of you have in common and which you can accomplish. What is the worst possible thing that could happen? Being laughed at or judged? Who cares, if you are not talked about then you are either doing something good or bad.

Age is like the mantra for many achievements and destinations in life, says who? Society, birth certificates, age, looks and dare I continue…… Delete these ‘restrictions’ from your mindset and rewrite your life without age. Consult your Inspired guide (subconscious mind/character intuition etc) for answers and you will find a great wealth of knowledge. I was surprised to learn that Mick Jagger is a Buddhist and that he meditates every day. The beauty about this is that it contributes to an ageless mind, body and spirit. Wrinkles do not define age unless you want it to be the focus of your brand. There is nothing wrong with that. One client’s ability to put the sassiness of who she is into her service without the reference of age into her brand is brilliant, it naturally poured out from her personality and spirit which appealed to those who are attracted to an ageless life.

How do you want to be remembered? A client told me that she wanted to be remembered for her joyous personality and love for serving humanity. She is also a joyous leader. That’s very admirable of her. Is she living it? You bet. Look back at your life and identify what has been your shining moment; where friends, family or colleagues alike have said WOW! Continue to live it and redefine who you are. Write, talk or just be the person you have always been and add it to you ‘Ageless Career Manifesto.’ I am sure Jagger holds one too!

Final thought; Twitter is an amazing platform to start with  branding you.It gives you a sense of how your brand connects and is perceived. You have the opportunity to get it right. This how I started and can work for you. Be who you are!

Let me have your inspiring views on how you will be branding YOU and how YOU are benefitting.

Thank You

Till then,

Today’s Connection: Your mind is Ageless~~INspiredGuide

***This blog was inspired by @LeroyBell the 60 year old singer on X Factor USA***

boomers working longer

Old seems to be the word thrown around as soon as one reaches the forties, yet the ‘Aging Research Brigade’ tells us that we are living longer, healthier and better. Now that’s fantastic! Therefore planning careers, working harder and starting new ones including running your life should not be based on how old you are, surely not?

Unfortunately, this is not the case.

I’ve been through circumstances where opportunities within my workplace have been presented to my younger counterparts before me. I have taken it within my stride regardless of how society tries to label ‘old’, and it has also inspired me to create this blog.

It got me thinking; what if there was no age or no birth certificate to refer to, how would this change society’s viewpoint on age? I’m sure something else will be invented perhaps wrinkles, staying power or how productive you are in the workplace, but ultimately designed to distract one. Very clever!

There has to be an alternative, as I see no rules as to what gives society the right to dictate on how long a person should work within a career or the fret about setting new goals to further and better one’s life. There is no clear destination, but many of you will work longer for various reasons and for this one’s needs an essential ingredient called passion!

Take Leroy Bell for example, he started a new career whilst most of us are retiring or thinking about it at the young age of sixty; Leroy say’s that “He’s not close to that yet”. Old is indeed not old. I do hope this rocking fellow wins X Factor USA as he lives an ageless life and reminds us that we can live our life on our own terms.

You cannot put an expiry date on how the mind works, pay attention to your inspired guide called intuition as the subconscious mind is a powerful tool in one’s life. It keeps mind, body and spirit young and it always tells the truth. This is a tool which keeps one going and even allows one to reinvent something new, also known as ‘The God Within’.

Learn how to use it fast, as it’s the greatest tool human are posses in making them successful, ageless and attractive. Keep a pad at all times, write down whatever flashes through your mind. Inspiration is all around you. Think Steve Jobs, and what made him so great. No rules, even if you are laughed at and viewed as crazy. I for one cannot live without it. Stop depending on your rational mind as it’s far too noisy, and let your intuition direct you before your rational mind takes over.

Boomers you are reinventing how one can plan a career authentically. It is not a birth date plan, it’s a ‘Career Life Plan’ and neither is it about your biological clock ticking. Fit your plans around your family life and values that are important to you. I know that plans can change at any given time but have something in place as a guide. In this economy everyone should have a solid Plan B. I believe that you should always start with an ‘Ageless Career Manifesto’ which is like a mission statement of your life, stating what you want and where you want to be. Do not get morbid about how many years you have left. It should be about you and how much you can utilise and manage your career right now. Hang it on the wall where it’s visible and let it serve as a reminder. Review it often, believe in yourself and make the change.

The image of sitting at home with knitting pins and doing puzzles is no longer what boomers are prepared to do, no way, that is old school. You are out there starting a quiet revolution on how the ‘old tag’ no longer holds. I have always thought the word ‘retirement’ or ‘retire’ is odd and sounds lame. It really means that one is tired and  unworthy of accomplishing anything else, after working hard your entire career. Why not refer to it as a ‘Careering Gap’ similar to a gap year or if you decide to throw in the towel, call it ‘Recreational Living’. Organisations will realise that by letting Boomers go there will be a shortfall of experience, talent, skills and wisdom. Why not let Boomers work hand in hand with generation X and together create and pro-actively re-invent the workplace. Only then, will the reference to ‘old’ no longer hold water and age would become appreciated and irrelevant.

The link between Boomers and Social Media is a marriage made in heaven and is growing rapidly.  Building relationships with meaning is where you shine.  Social Media was supposedly for the younger generation. Learn how to link Social Media with your career; join social networks like twitter, Facebook and develop groups on LinkedIn. Do what appeals to you and form great networks with like-minded people. It’s your voice that is relevant. Do not let society determine how you should go about ending your career. Boomers you have been given the gift to excel!

Boomers you are reinventing careers in self-employment, business or in the workplace in many areas that was once meant for the younger generation, such as social media, nursing, networking, coaching, psychology, inspiration and more. Be flexible and retrain your brain with fresh and new ideas and seek professional career advice, but make sure to do so with someone who value’s and respects people of all ages. You also have the option of working part-time, on contract or freelance. In fact, create the best career for you, and sell it with conviction. Brand you and leave out the old!

Well there you have it. I have torn up my birth certificate a long time ago; ‘This Grandma is not done yet!’

Do you think ‘old is not old’ and how are you redefining this society driven world of defining old? I look forward to hearing your story.

TODAYS CONNECTIONS: Feed your mind daily with new things you will never grow old~~INspiredGuide

When the word ‘manifesto’ popped into my busy head from nowhere I just knew it was an eureka moment. But  I wondered what it all meant? OK,  I know it relates to politics. My last university lecture on manifesto was the Karl Marx’s communist manifesto and that was sometime ago. I am not political. When I learnt that  you  can have a personal manifesto that got me excited. What a brilliant idea! A mainfesto is about how you intend to lead your life or serve.  Most baby boomers do not want to retire. Age is irrelevant  its how you function in your career and life that’s important. So I decided that it would be apt to write ‘The ageless career manifesto’  dedicated to you on how I propose to inspire and guide you towards a non-retirement career.

1. AGELESS CAREER:I will strive to remove barriers that stands between age and ability.Your birth certificate is not a requirement towards your career and life choices.

2. BABY BOOMERS: I will  inspire and guide you through the changing world  with meaning. I will reassure  you and  take you to the  next level of your career with joy and anticipation.

3.SKILLS AND WISDOM:I will reassess and encourage applicable  skills and experience adequately. Together as team we will make the right choices to your ultimate success.

4.INSPIRED GUIDE: I will encourage  and motivate you to use the wealth of your subconscious mind, intuition,authentic-self and  your conscious mind  effectively so that you can live your best life.

5. CAREER COACHING : I will have a one to one discussion with you professionally about your planning  with clarity and focus and guide you from where you are and want to be.

6. AUTHENTIC SELF: I will strive to connect the real you and with your strengths so that everything will be aligned to who you are and you will go forth and florish.

7. HEALTHY LIFESTYLE: I will guide you to maintain greater health towards a longer working life  through preventative, spiritual, emotional and mental well being for your health and happiness.

There you have have it! Enjoy. What are your thoughts on this idea?  How about writing your own manifesto and sharing the results with me and discuss it further.

Till then

Kind regards
